Arc technology is a new provider of affordable yet powerful technological products. The products consisting of Personal Computers, laptops, digital cameras, and televisions range from size, capacity, and prices. Our offices are located in the heart of Brooklyn and warehoused in the Bronx. Arc tech emphasizes service and support that is affordable to the consumer market.

Desktops
cost$ top / mid / low || sell price$ top / mid / low
200/300/425 || 550/700/1000
Laptops
cost$ top / mid / low || sell price$ top / mid / low
75/125/150 || 275/375/750 *SHOULD BE HIGHER
Digital Cameras
cost$ top / mid / low || sell price$ top / mid / low
40/75/150 || 100/160/400
LCD televisions
cost$ top / mid / low || sell price$ top / mid / low
100/200/350 || 300/600/1000

Arc tech focuses on teenagers and young-adult consumer market heavily and specialize in small business and office setups. What we are trying to achieve is to make products that are slightly better and focuses on fewer models rather than a lot of models (less is better). We are willing to undercut growth for a few years to establish this goal.
The young consumers will find that our products offer higher quality for a cheaper price that will rival larger more established companies. For example offering discounts during the end of each fiscal quarter or back to school discounts to future save consumers money.
For the small business and office market it it should average 10-50 employees and need about 5-20 workstations tied together in a LAN. Our plan is to provide the consumer workstations that are highly compatible with each other that incase one machine goes awry you can easily take out the defective part and swap it into another machine through hot-swappable bays and devices.
Our vision is to start from a warehouse located in Bronx that houses a small team of packagers and shippers which will also contain our tech support center. At the moment we are trying to find a suitable location for our chain store, leaning towards making a store near our offices or even at our main office location. Our strengths are products, service and support are closely monitored and backed by high inventory with aggressive pricing. Our weaknesses consist or recognition and national image and high local competition.
Even though due to the recession local stores like CompUSA are gone and the ongoing trend is to shop online with established companies like Dell or HP. Our hope is to outfit companies like staples and online retailers like newegg.com with superior products that they visually see and interact with either through videos displayed next to our products or physically using our great products.
Market trend is declining prices and that is what Arc tech is all about. For example Back lit LED displays are standard to provide clearer resolutions/images to consumers in our laptops and televisions. another trend is that people prefer to buy a new computer rather than fix something they already have, its simpler. And the final trend is that all people want to be connected to the internet and our products provide just that.
A report in CRW says Dell is now selling $5 million monthly over the web, and we assume Gateway and Micron are both close to that. What we will try to achieve is heavy marketing through youtube or anything that is non-fee based.
